By purchasing a tour, you agree to the following cancellation policy. The only exception is when there is a major natural disaster or train services are suspended. In that case, a full refund will be issued. It is highly recommended you invest in travel insurance in case the unexpected happens and you have to cancel after the full refund period has passed.
